We’re working alongside a leading specialist practice, recruiting a Legal Administrator to join my clients Business Support unit based in their Leeds office. Offering hybrid working, this role will be joining a small team of highly skilled business support professionals and will be key in providing administrative support across all practice areas of the firm, but with a primary focus on Private Client matters. This role is perfect for a seasoned Legal Administrator/Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary that’s looking for their next challenge.

Responsibilities include:

Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including word processing, diary management, filing, archiving, emailing, photocopying, and handling telephone inquiries.

Perform additional secretarial and administrative duties as required.

Maintain clear and precise communications with colleagues.

Handle telephone inquiries efficiently, ensuring messages are promptly addressed.

Comply with relevant regulations, including Money Laundering Regulations, Solicitors’ Accounts Rules, and other professional guidelines.

Maintain files in compliance with best practice standards.

Follow the firm’s complaints procedure.

Provide additional support via the Big Hand dictation system where capacity allows.

What we need from you:

High personal standards of work.

Strong IT skills.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Legal Administrator/Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary.
