I’m working with a large national litigation firm looking to add a Trucking and Transportation Defense Attorney to its California team.
Salary: $120,000 to $165,000, depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:
- Defend trucking companies, transportation businesses and their insurers in complex litigation
- Take and defend depositions and work with accident reconstruction and other experts
- Handle motions, hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations
- Develop case strategy and prepare significant matters for trial
What you’ll have:
- 2 to 6 years of civil litigation experience, ideally including trucking, transportation or insurance defense
- Experience handling depositions, discovery and substantive motions
- Strong writing skills and the confidence to take ownership of matters
- Admitted to The California Bar
