About the Role
Klein & Wilson is seeking to hire a full-time, on-site dedicated litigation paralegal. The position will assist attorneys in all aspects of running litigation matters.
Responsibilities:
- Formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Preparation of legal documents and correspondence
- Updating and maintaining client files
- Reviewing legal calendar for accuracy and upcoming deadlines
- Preparing for trial, arbitration, depositions, and other hearings
- Assisting with filing and serving legal documents
- Proofreading and finalizing all documents
Qualifications:
- Minimum seven years of experience as a paralegal with an emphasis in civil litigation
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program or qualified as a paralegal under Business and Professions Code section 6450(c)
- Organized and ability to self-prioritize workload
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Excellent grammar and proofreading skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Sophisticated technology experience
- Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro skills
- Knowledge of state, federal, and local court rules and California Code of Civil Procedure

Pay range and compensation package:
Competitive salary range of $100,000-$130,000. Actual compensation will be dependent on a variety of factors, including experience and qualifications.
