Full Job Description

Real estate development firm in South Pasadena is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Coordinator to join the team.

General Requirements:

Microsoft Office a must
Basic undestanding of Quickbooks preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Great organizational and follow up skills
Ability to multi task & assist with various projects
Taking initiative and able to think outside the box

Essential Duties & Functions:

Process invoices, purchase orders to clients and vendors
Prepare letters/mailings
Print and package legal documents for signature
Greet clients
Set appointments
Run errands (grocery/carwash/etc.)
Filing / Organizing office

Clean background and driving record a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20 – 24 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
9 am – 5 pm

Work Location: One location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
