Key Responsibilities
✔ Contract Management & Oversight – Ensure proper execution, tracking, and compliance of all contracts, including renewals and amendments.
✔ Negotiation & Risk Mitigation – Work closely with suppliers and stakeholders to manage risks, resolve contract disputes, and optimize agreements.
✔ Strategic Procurement Planning – Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
✔ Regulatory Compliance & Governance – Ensure adherence to UAE legal frameworks, corporate policies, and procurement best practices.
✔ Stakeholder & Supplier Relations – Manage relationships with internal departments and external vendors to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
✔ Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Prepare contract reports, evaluate contract performance, and implement continuous improvements.
✔ Team Leadership & Development – Supervise and mentor procurement and contract professionals, ensuring high-performance standards.
Requirements
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Law, or Supply Chain Management. MCIPS certification preferred.
✔ Experience:6+ years in contract management, procurement, or supply chain within a regulated industry.
✔ Expertise: Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, financial acumen, compliance, and risk management.
✔ Skills: Leadership, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and process optimization.
✔ Technical Proficiency: Experience with procurement systems, ERP software, and contract lifecycle management tools.
