Join our fast-growing company as our Head of Legal. We’re looking for a strategic and experienced legal professional to lead and oversee all legal matters, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting our business growth.
Responsibilities :
Ensure company compliance with relevant regulations, especially in the food & beverage industry.
Identify and mitigate legal risks, including corporate governance, contracts, and intellectual property.
Develop and implement legal policies and standard operating procedures.
Provide legal guidance on business transactions, partnerships, and investments.
Represent the company in negotiations and legal proceedings.
Provide strategic legal advice to management on corporate decisions.
Manage corporate governance and ensure regulatory filings are up to date.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 8 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a Law Firm as Senior Associate handling legal compliance, audits, and corporate matters.
Previous experience in a startup environment (preferably food & beverage industry).
Deep understanding of Indonesian corporate law, labor law, and regulatory frameworks.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
