Job description：
1.Draft, review and revise day-to-day business contracts, and provide professional legal opinions to support the business units.
2.Handle commercial disputes, litigation and arbitration, develop and implement litigation tactics, and liaise with external counsel.
3.Responsible for international site compliance and ensure the operations of international platform comply with applicable local laws and regulations.
4.Support and undertake other tasks assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of legal practice or in-house experience, including but not limited to experience in litigation, arbitration and/or regulatory compliance.
2. Prior experience in handling arbitration, litigation or e-commerce platform matters is preferred.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills, self motivated, ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changes.
4. Ability to work under pressure and work independently.
5. Excellent command of both conversational and written English and Chinese.
