I'm currently retained by one of Ireland's leading full-service law firms to identify an Employment Law Associate to join their highly regarded Employment team in Dublin.
The firm's Employment Law Group holds a Tier 1 ranking with Legal 500 and advises some of Ireland's most significant employers on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The team is collegiate, well-resourced, and known for the quality and complexity of work it handles.
The Role
You'll advise on the complete range of employment law issues, including:
- Employment contracts, policies, HR advisory and investigations
- Complex litigation before the WRC, Labour Court and civil courts (with advocacy opportunities for senior candidates)
- Whistleblowing, restrictive covenants and team moves
- Restructuring, redundancies and TUPE
- Employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Business development and client-facing presentations
What They're Looking For
- 2+ years PQE, qualified in Ireland or England & Wales
- Strong contentious and advisory employment law experience
- Sharp commercial instincts and genuine BD interest
- A team player who can manage multiple client relationships
