Key Responsibilities
Provide essential support to users via email and text, addressing inquiries related to bankruptcy and our services.
Assist users in updating their forms and resolving complications in their cases.
Ensure users remain informed about critical deadlines pertaining to their cases.
Deliver continuous feedback to our engineering team to enhance our service offerings based on user experiences.
Required Skills
Exceptional writing abilities coupled with strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for simplifying complex topics for general audiences.
