Location: Austin, Texas. This is an on-site opportunity within the Austin metropolitan area, offering the chance to work closely with a collaborative and growing legal team.
Note: Must have an active Texas Bar license and at least 1 year of attorney experience. Family law experience is a strong plus, but candidates from other legal backgrounds with transferable litigation, negotiation, client counseling, or legal advocacy experience are welcome to apply.

Job Description
- Manage and develop your own caseload while providing thoughtful, strategic legal guidance to clients.
- Represent clients in family law matters, including contested hearings, mediation, negotiations, and trial-related proceedings.
- Develop creative legal strategies tailored to each client’s goals and circumstances.
- Counsel clients with clarity, compassion, and sound legal judgment throughout their matters.
- Apply knowledge of the Texas Family Code and applicable Texas procedural rules to protect client interests.
- Negotiate effectively and pursue practical resolutions whenever possible.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, discovery, legal arguments, and other case-related documents.
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to deliver high-quality client service.
- Balance multiple active matters in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
- 1+ year of experience practicing law.
- Family law experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage priorities and an active caseload.
- Strong judgment, organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- A team-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to client service.
