Small Law Firm looking to hire an experience BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH) Family Law Paralegal IMMEDIATELY. Must have significant knowledge and experience in Family Law. Please do not submit a resume if you do not have Florida Family Law Paralegal experience.
Position Requirements:
1. Be able to draft pleadings, motions, orders and correspondences
2. Be able to draft discovery and responses including but not limited to mandatory disclosure, interrogatories and request to produces. Must be able to assist clients will completing these items.
3. Be able to schedule appointments, hearings, depositions, mediations etc
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Superior multitasking ability
6. Be able to handle 5 BUSY phone lines
7. Handle all secretarial duties – scanning, faxing, emailing, opening files, preparing contracts for new clients to retain, etc
This is a small office so you will be able to help run the day to day requirements of the office. You need to be able to work well alone with little supervision.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
