International law firm seeking an office manager to support operations and workplace needs. Must have 4-5 years of office management experience out of a law firm or similar professional services environment.
Salary $85-100K base
Hours: 9-5
Hybrid schedule 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, administrative tasks, and event coordination.
- Collaborate with leadership on office moves, renovations, and space planning projects.
- Oversee onboarding, performance evaluations, and recruitment coordination.
- Ensure smooth office operations by managing budgets, vendor payments, and financial reporting.
- Support firm initiatives, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate local meetings, events, and administrative updates to enhance office engagement.
- Provide onsite support for IT, HR, and other departments, escalating issues as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with management to implement changes.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Direct and lead office projects, support needs, and business meetings.
- Collaborate with leadership on billing, collections, and financial reporting.
- Oversee administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with Regional Operations Manager on hospitality and reception services.
- Serve as liaison with landlords and building engineering for office needs.
- Support local meetings, events, and administrative updates.
- Drive firm initiatives and develop a positive office culture.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of management experience in professional services or law firm environments.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budget management preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with peers, lawyers, and management.
- Proficiency in technical and analytical skills.
- Experience in office administration, event coordination, and space planning.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional judgment.
