Responsibilities:
- Prepare contracts and issue contracts and appendices to the relevant parties.
- Review meeting minutes and contract-related documents issued by the company.
- Follow up on completing all legal requirements for issuing contracts, ensuring their validity, and obtaining the required signatures and stamps.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to complete all contract documents and appendices.
- Follow up on the contract lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring all required approvals and documents are obtained.
- Monitor contracts to ensure compliance with all related terms, conditions, procedures, and regulations.
- Review and evaluate contract amendment requests and related legal matters.
- Coordinate with the Legal Department and other departments regarding contract amendments, extensions, and special requests, and follow up on approved recommendations.
- Supervise the contract team and ensure efficient and timely execution of tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and review periodic reports on contract activities, monitor achievements, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their professional skills and improve work quality.
- Contribute to the development of contract policies, procedures, and templates to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor the overall efficiency and effectiveness of contract management processes.
- Identify weaknesses in the contract lifecycle and implement timely and effective corrective actions.
- Review and approve contract amendments requested by relevant departments, coordinate with the Legal Department, and follow up on approvals from the concerned administrative departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a focus on Contract Management or Procurement
- 7+ years of experience in a technical contract management or tendering role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry
- Demonstrated expertise in contract law, negotiation tactics, and risk mitigation strategies
- Strong technical background and understanding of engineering projects, specifications, and industry standards
