High profile personal injury, sexual abuse and medical malpractice law firm looking for a high energy individual for a experienced full-time secretary/paralegal position
Responsibilities would include:
Meeting and greeting clients
Intake calls for possible cases
Requesting medical records and following up on requests
Preparing and filing legal documents including but not limited to Summons and Complaints, Bill of Particulars, Request for Judicial Intervention, Note of Issues, Motions, Subpoenas, etc.
Bi-Lingual a plus
Notary a plus
