Commercial Advisory Lawyer Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE/Dubai at MENA Recruit Pty Ltd
This is a great opportunity for a common law qualified, top-tier international law firm trained, mid to senior lawyer to join the General Counsel’s team of a Government entity based in Abu Dhabi.
We are seeking the following :
Corporate / Commercial lawyer, but mainly Commercial focused, as there is no transactional work, and 80-90% of the job will be contract and advisory work.
PQE wise 8-12 years, with 10 years as the sweet spot. Strong profiles at 4-5+ PQE will also be considered but just brought in at a lower  experience can be useful, especially in helping deal with some of the internal stakeholders, but direct from PP is also fine.
Must have UAE experience, both from a technical perspective and the fact that they are a government entity, so would need an understanding of how things work here from a stakeholder management perspective alone.
