About the Role:
We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Civil Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings precision, professionalism, and great energy to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
- Conduct legal research and assist with document production.
- Draft interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions.
- Prepare trial binders and help attorneys get ready for hearings and trials.
- Read dockets, calendar deadlines, and ensure all key dates are tracked and followed.
- File documents using the Florida e-Filing Portal and courtMap.
- Organize and manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and outside counsel.
- Secure coverage counsel when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service—always keeping client satisfaction a top priority.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven knowledge of Florida civil litigation rules and procedures
- Experience with trial prep and handling discovery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- High-level organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating case management software
