Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrator to provide day-to-day human resources support across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll administration, benefits coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and a passion for supporting employees while ensuring HR processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Assist with new hire orientation and employment paperwork.
• Support payroll by tracking attendance, timecards, and employee data.
• Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollments and changes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies.
• Maintain personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with employee relations by responding to HR-related inquiries.
• Coordinate training records and compliance documentation.
• Support performance review and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and assist management with workforce data.
• Collaborate with department managers on staffing and HR needs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of HR administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of federal and Arkansas employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience
• Manufacturing or food production environment.
• Payroll and timekeeping systems.
• Recruiting and onboarding hourly manufacturing employees.
• OSHA and workplace safety documentation.
• Employee benefits administration.
