• Lead development of tribunal operational documents
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent and bar admission in Ontario
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in the legal field
• Thorough understanding of regulatory tribunal practices
• Strong legislative drafting and comprehension abilities
• Outstanding judgment and analytical skills
