Duties

Handle a broad spectrum of cases, including contract disputes, personal injury claims, employment matters, and more. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions. Represent clients in court proceedings. Take depositions and participate in trials as needed. Maintain
communication
with clients and provide updates on case progress. Collaborate with team members on case strategy and execution. Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing. Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm setting. Experience in the courtroom and taking depositions; trial experience is a plus. Strong legal research and writing skills, with

Education:
