Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in our new Pace, Florida office. This vital role requires working closely with attorneys and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
Duties
- Assist in all phases of litigation, including case investigation; document review; discovery and medical records management
- Prepare and organize legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses using word processing and document /case management systems
- Manage case files efficiently, ensuring accurate filing and document tracking
- Coordinate depositions, interviews, and client meetings while maintaining clear communication with involved parties
- Support attorneys in drafting legal documents, correspondence, reports, and summaries with strong attention to detail
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism while adhering to procedural law requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of procedural law and litigation processes in the personal injury area of law
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to draft clear legal documents and proofread for accuracy
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems such as e-portal
