What You’ll Do
- Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through resolution
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
- Review and organize medical records and billing
- Assist attorneys with case development and settlement preparation
- Track deadlines and keep cases moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of legal and/or insurance experience (auto insurance strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (auto and health)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
