Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards.
- Ensure all public areas are tidy and well-maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during their stay.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and procedures.
