Do you eat, sleep & breathe details? Our firm is growing, and we’re looking for another methodical part-time case manager who thrives on accuracy. If you instinctively notice inconsistencies, spot errors others miss, and quietly correct them in your mind, you may be an excellent fit for this role. We are looking for someone who can’t help but verify a formula is correct—just for the satisfaction of getting it right.
You’ll support our team through document preparation, case organization, communication with clients, and coordination of scheduling needs. Much of the work is independent, task-driven, and requires steady concentration. At times, the workflow can be repetitive, but every case is different in contnent. It’s important that you feel comfortable managing shifting priorities, since our clients and mediators occasionally adjust there requests with little notice.
Competence with the following is a must:
- Word & excell – to include formatting
- Google Drive, OneDrive, Adobe, Zoom, Microsoft Outlook tools
- Ability & willingness to learn specific CRM software
strong written communication skills are essential as is reliability, and follow-through. You’ll do need a mindset for precision. Small inconsistencies, minor errors , or overlooked details cannot escape your notice.
This is a part-time, remote, 1099 position at $25/hour, averaging 8–12 hours per week. Monday morning Zoom meetings are required. Otherwise, your schedule is flexible, though you’ll need general daytime availability for client & team communication.
