A leading financial organization is looking for an experienced Attorney to join its Business Finance Legal team, with a focus on financing transactions for major institutional investors, alternative lenders and investment funds.
This is a high-impact legal role combining complex financing transactions, sophisticated commercial work and direct interaction with some of Israel’s most significant financial players.
About the Role
- Provide ongoing legal counsel to business teams on complex financing transactions
- Draft, review and negotiate sophisticated financing agreements, credit documentation and security documents
- Advise on complex financing structures and transactions involving institutional investors, non-bank financial institutions and investment funds
- Lead and participate in negotiations with clients, lenders and other financing parties
- Provide legal opinions and practical legal advice on financing and financial regulation matters
- Work closely with business units, Risk Management, Compliance and Regulatory teams
- Advise on banking law, financial regulation and other legal aspects of complex financing transactions
- Support both local and international financing transactions
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an Attorney in a leading law firm or financial institution, in a relevant role
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial and/or financing agreements
- Excellent English, including contractual drafting, business correspondence and negotiations
- Strong ability to manage multiple complex matters independently and under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business orientation and broad systemic perspective
- Ability to analyze complex legal and commercial issues and develop practical solutions
- Fast learner with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
