About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our Professional Liability and Business Litigation Practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished attorneys on a diverse range of complex business litigation and professional liability cases, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow their legal expertise while contributing to the success of a well-respected firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and represent clients in business litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials
- Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on professional liability and business litigation matters
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- 3+ years of experience in civil litigation or relevant legal experience
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $120,000-$250,000+, commensurate with experience
