Mark Anthony Law is seeking an experienced and motivated Paralegal to join our growing law firm immediately. We practice in a wide range of areas including:
- Civil Litigation
- Criminal Defense
- Family Law
- Business Law
- Auto Accident/Personal Injury
- State & Federal Appeals
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in family law, civil litigation, and criminal defense. Knowledge of Colorado law and court procedures is required.
Responsibilities:
- Draft motions, notices, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Prepare and organize exhibit books and trial materials
- Schedule client meetings, hearings, and court appearances
- Manage case files and deadlines
- Assist attorneys with litigation preparation and court filings
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
- Prior paralegal experience required
- Familiarity with Colorado state court procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
- Experience with e-filing and legal document preparation
- Detail-oriented and dependable
Compensation:
- $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
Start Date:
- Immediate opening – looking to hire as soon as possible
