Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and carry a diverse case load independently
• Draft necessary legal documents and pleadings
• Facilitate case conferences, mediations, and arbitrations
• Conduct hearings and manage cost-effective resolutions
• Mentor peers to enhance overall legal knowledge
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or Juris Doctor in relevant field
• At least seven years’ experience in legal practice
• Five years focused on Accident Benefits and litigation
• Experienced with trial and arbitration processes
• Good standing member of the Law Society of Ontario
