Fraser Immigration Law PLLC is seeking a 2L Summer Law Clerk to join our team from May through August.
We’re a Miami-based immigration law firm focused on employment-based visas and green card applications for entrepreneurs, athletes, researchers, and other high-achieving professionals. As our caseload continues to grow, we’re looking for a strong law student to support the team during a critical summer period.

What you’ll do
• Legal research across employment-based immigration matters (EB-1, EB-2 NIW, O-1, etc.)
• Draft internal research memos, including RFE support
• Assist with exhibit compilation and case documentation
• Conduct case law research for complex filings
This is a non-client-facing, non-signature role, focused on supporting attorneys and associates and improving overall case flow.

• Duration: ~10–12 weeks (May–August)
• Compensation: competitive rates
• Location: Remote/Hybrid (U.S. — East Coast hours preferred; Miami-based firm)
