该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities：
- Draft and review contractual documents such as NDAs, procurement contract, distribution agreement and etc. and ensure they are in line with local laws and internal policies and safeguard the interests of the company.
- Provide support on corporate secretary matters including the maintenance of licenses and permits, preparation of resolutions, and support on various corporate filings.
- Team with other counsels on the Legal Team in supporting more complex contracts and projects.
- Provide legal advice on copy review and other marketing initiatives and campaigns to ensure compliance with medical device advertising related laws and regulations as well as internal policies.
- Conduct legal research and provide updates on changes to key laws and regulations that are relevant to the company business.
- Assist with the development, implementation, maintenance and updating of legal systems and contract management.
- Support Compliance Team on compliance related initiatives and projects.
- Data privacy regulations (both domestic and cross-border).
- Other matters as assigned for ad hoc support. Professional General Competencies：
- Law degree from a recognized university and qualified to China Bar.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ working experience in industry or law firm. Experience in both inhouse and law firm preferred.
- Fluent written and verbal Mandarin and English language.
- Experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including clear oral and written communication.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team. Prior experience in healthcare, medical device industry a plus. BASE：联耀医疗
