The Role
- Handle matters involving Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and creditors’ rights
- Support creditors, lenders, and businesses in restructurings and disputes
- Draft motions, appear in court, and manage litigation responsibilities
- Work on related commercial and business litigation matters
What They’re Looking For
- Experience in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, restructurings, or related litigation
- Familiarity with Chapter 7 and/or Chapter 13 matters
- Massachusetts litigation experience with court appearances and motion practice
- Strong communication skills and a practical, client-focused mindset
- Someone collaborative, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
