Family law, probate, and estate planning law firm located near Yorktown Mall and 355 is seeking to hire a legal assistant. Duties would include screening prospective clients, maintaining electronic files, supporting client experience, document preparation, client communications, and routine correspondence. Law firm experience with exposure or experience in family law, estate planning, or probate strongly preferred.
We are seeking a candidate who will integrate with our nearly paperless office, is comfortable with technology, and enjoys interacting with people. A well-suited candidate will be professional, personable, organized, and have strong attention to detail. Experience with practice management software, as well as Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Pro is preferred. Ideally, candidate will also have experience with Odyssey. This position offers opportunities for advancement.
