The Role:
LifeBack Law, P.A. is seeking an experienced Chapter 13 Specialist who is caring and professional to join our team in our Maple Grove location. If you have the drive to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast passed environment, then we have a career for you! We are looking for an individual that is detail oriented can multitask and is client focused.

Responsibilities Include:
Amending bankruptcy cases
Modifying chapter 13 plans
Resolving motions to dismiss
Resolving tax issues
Filing proof of claims
Disburse court emails
Filing applications for compensation
E-file pertinent documents in individual bankruptcy files
Confidentiality a must
Preferred Qualifications:
– High School Graduate
– 1 plus years of office experience
– Previous Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Experience
– Paralegal Degree helpful but not required
Primary Location: Maple Grove, MN
Schedule Full-time (Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-4pm)
