Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for a Corporate Lawyer. The Corporate Lawyer will perform day-to-day responsibilities, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts; ensuring compliance with corporate laws and regulations; providing legal advice on business and financial matters; and managing corporate governance policies. The role requires strong legal expertise and the ability to collaborate across teams to support the firm’s global clients.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Commercial Law
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal agreements
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills for interpreting legal regulations
- Experience with compliance and corporate governance processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience with legal technology tools and cloud-based systems preferred
- Prior experience in sectors such as financial services, technology, infrastructure, or other industries served by Indusexperts is an advantage
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines
