Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore but offers flexibility with some work-from-home opportunities. The US Investment Immigration Lawyer/Paralegal will assist clients with investment-related immigration processes, including preparing and submitting petitions, conducting legal research, coordinating documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The individual will closely collaborate with clients and the Davies & Associates team to ensure successful outcomes tailor-made for each case.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in US immigration laws, specifically in investment-related visas such as EB-5 and E-2
- Strong research, documentation, and legal writing skills
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases and deadlines
- Relevant legal qualifications or paralegal certifications; experience in immigration law is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid remote setup
- Multilingual skills and familiarity with global business practices are advantageous
