Position: Trusts & Estates Attorney – Am Law 200 Firm
About the Position:
We are working with a well-respected national law firm that has an immediate need for a trusts and estates attorney to join its Private Client practice in Chicago. This practice provides a wide range of services, including business planning, multigenerational wealth management and transfer, asset protection, retirement planning, charitable giving, and tax minimization.

Responsibilities:
· Handle sophisticated estate planning matters, including gift, estate, and related income tax planning, T&E administration, charitable planning and family business succession planning
Required Qualifications:
· 7 or more years of estate planning experience
· Experience preparing gift, estate and/or fiduciary income tax returns is a plus
· Strong academic credentials and writing skills
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid flexibility)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $215,000 – $300,000.
