TRUST & ESTATE ADMINISTRATION PARALEGAL:
Prominent AM Law 200 law firm with multiple regional office locations seeks a Trust and Estate Administration Paralegal with 3 or 4 years’ experience for our Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Washington, D.C. Offices. Responsible for handling all phases of estate and trust administration, including probate, extensive communication with clients, financial planners and accountants, preparation of federal estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings, distribution of estate assets and trust funding, and deed work, among other tasks. Superior communication and mathematical skills are a must. Strong working knowledge of estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs and Microsoft Word a plus.
Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. College degree and/or paralegal certificate are required. We will consider a JD/paralegal candidate as well.
We offer a competitive starting salary and a comprehensive benefits program. Salary is commensurate with experience. The salary range for this position is $76,500 to 162,500. Please e-mail resume for consideration to:
