Key Responsibilities
Develop litigation strategies for complex, high-stakes cases in both federal and state courts.
Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and appeals.
Present nuanced constitutional and legal arguments in a clear and persuasive manner.
Collaborate with a team of talented attorneys across multiple offices to deliver top-tier legal services.
Build cases for trial by developing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and taking or defending depositions.
Experience with public entity representation, land use, or eminent domain is a strong plus.
Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, including significant expertise in complex case management.
Proven ability to draft and argue dispositive motions in state and federal court.
Superior research, writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
A strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience in public entity law, land use, or eminent domain is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $190,000 – $275,000
Bonuses: Annual discretionary and billable hours bonuses
