The firm is searching for associate litigators with an insurance defense background in personal injury to join our growing practice. We prefer attorneys with at least two to five years practicing in personal injury defense.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a 3-5 year Associate Attorney at Kienle Law, PC located in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The Attorney will be responsible for managing civil personal suits against Firm clients at the state and federal level.
Qualifications
Required to have 3-5 years of insurance defense experience handling general personal injury and automobile liability claims
Experience in civil written discovery and taking and defending depositions, including expert depositions
Experience developing and drafting pleadings, case evaluations, litigation budgets and motions for summary judgment
Experience with reviewing and analyzing plaintiff medical records and bills for economic damage assessments
Research skills with Lexis, Westlaw, Trellis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar of California
