Sarakinos Law is currently looking to enhance the support to its Athens-based dynamic legal team by collaborating with a promising and talented legal trainee to offer his/her services mainly in the areas of public law (especially public procurement) and legal compliance for corporation as well as public bodies (especially in the areas of GDPR/AML/Whistleblowing/IP) as well as private clients.
Responsibilities
• Preparing case files;
• Drafting & submitting judicial and extra judicial documents;
• Conducting extensive, in-depth legal research on a variety of legal issues and preparing presentations (ppt.), articles and legal opinions in different areas of law.
Must have Qualifications & Skills
• Final year law student or recently obtained degree in law from a Greek law university;
• Demonstrated interest and/or (ideally) practical experience in the areas of public law and/or legal compliance;
• Experience in drafting presentations/articles/opinions;
• Fluent in Greek & English (verbal & written);
• Excellent knowledge of word, ppt & internet;
• Completed military services (where applicable).
