The trademark attorney will provide legal support for U.S. Government Agency attorneys with the following:
Trademark searches
Preparing and filing of trademark applications
Trademark prosecution and office actions
Trademark appeals
Trademark clearance and freedom to operate reviews
Trademark oppositions, trademark cancellations, and other similar proceedings
Trademark protection and enforcement
Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) matters
Domain Name Dispute Resolution, ICANN and URL
Trademark agreements and licenses
Advise on copyright and trademark matters
Intellectual property and legal support services
Support intellectual property litigation and adversarial matters
SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL
Must be able to obtain and maintain public trust clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Qualifications
Required: A minimum of 6 years of trademark law experience
Required: Law firm, in-house, and/or USPTO experience

Compensation: From $130,000 to $160,000 per year
