Bacon Wilson, P.C., one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in Western Massachusetts, is seeking a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in Springfield. This role provides a variety of administrative support, including assisting other legal administrative assistants with their workloads, transcribing and editing documents, managing timesheets, covering reception and message center, handling phone calls, and performing other office tasks as needed. Flexibility is essential.
While prior experience is helpful, it is not required.
