Bonafide is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Associate to support our General Counsel in providing legal and regulatory advice and contract management at a women’s health company. This role involves contract management, analysis, summary, drafting, negotiation, revision and finalization; legal research; and company compliance, including policy adoption, revision, and training.
The Summer Associate, Women’s Health position reports to the VP, General Counsel, Women’s Health and will collaborate with various internal teams to support the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Draft, review and analyze third party contracts, and revise contracts as needed. Summarize contracts and communicate key contractual provisions to appropriate parties on an as needed basis; create database based upon summaries.
Assist with development/updates of template agreements.
Assist in special projects, including policy review, revision, adoption and training.
Perform legal research, and other related duties as assigned.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to support marketing asset compliance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
In order to take on these challenges, you’ll need to have:
Current student (2L or 3L) or recent graduate (JD) with at a law firm or legal department.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members both virtually and in-person.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position primarily works in a remote or office environment. It requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and frequent walking. Daily use of a computer, phone, office equipment and other computing and digital devices is required. May be required to stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel may be necessary, so the ability to travel by plane, operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license and/or effectively navigate public transportation is required.
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee must be able to read and respond to interoffice communications as well as effectively participate in meetings. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to lift up to 20 lbs., pull, push, carry, handle or feel. The employee is required to carry, handle items, reach with arms and hands, to stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. Mental demands may require prolonged concentration, reading comprehension, understanding and interpretation of concepts, ideas and philosophies.

National Target Base Pay Range: 19.23/hr – 30.77/hr
The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro the Target Base Pay Range is 19.23/hr – 30.77/hr, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.
Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.
Pharmavite provides compensation for all overtime hours worked by non-exempt (hourly) employees in accordance with state and federal law. The need to work overtime hours will be determined by management, based on customer and business necessity to meet the needs of our business, Pharmavite may require employees to work overtime.
Voluntary overtime requested by non-exempt employees must be approved in advance by the employee’s supervisor
This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive. Various elements are used to determine a candidate’s starting salary such as job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in the role.
