The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Title Officer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for examining title, clearing exceptions, and preparing commitments to keep transactions moving smoothly and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Examine title searches and prepare title commitments
- Review and clear title exceptions and requirements
- Coordinate with escrow officers, lenders, agents, and attorneys to resolve title issues
- Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and state regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients on status and next steps
- Maintain accurate, organized file documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of title officer or title examiner experience in Arizona (required)
- Strong knowledge of Arizona title practices and escrow processes
- Familiarity with Qualia title software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
