We’re currently partnering with a leading organisation in Dubai to recruit a Corporate Paralegal who will play a key role in supporting company formation transactions, corporate restructuring, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate structures and company formation requirements for UAE entities.
- Review, assess, and support company formation and restructuring transactions.
- Draft, review, and amend legal documents, commercial agreements, contracts, notices, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on UAE corporate laws, company regulations, and employment legislation.
- Perform due diligence on legal documentation and corporate transactions.
- Support internal stakeholders by providing legal guidance across various business functions.
- Assist with strategic and operational projects within the department.
- Review transaction quality, resolve escalated cases, and identify process improvements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and contribute to continuous operational enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (mandatory)
- 2-4 years of experience in a Corporate Paralegal or similar legal role
- Experience with UAE laws (corporate and employment) and common law
- Previous experience within the business setup, company formation, corporate services, or free zone industry is essential
- Strong knowledge of UAE corporate law and company formation procedures
- Experience drafting legal documents, contracts, and conducting legal due diligence
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
