The Gasper Law Group has an opening for the temporary position of Legal Receptionist.
Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
Front desk and phone reception
Processing Payments
Administration Tasks
File Storage Organization
Attorney / Paralegal Assigned Projects
Scanning, attaching, and filing client documents
Taking client phone calls / questions, sending internal messages, noting in case management software
Document assembly (Trial Exhibits; Client Notebooks; Labeling; Organizing Documents)
Receiving and processing delivered documents (from Client / OP / OC)
Soft collections
Skills Required:
Customer service experience
Organizational skills
Multi-phone line operating skills
Experience with Microsoft platforms
Temporary position is full-time with an hourly rate of $14.42 to $16.00 based on experience and qualifications. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8AM-5PM and Friday, 8AM – 3PM. Temporary position: March 17, 2025 through April 12, 2025.
