Overview of the Position
Chief Judge John S. Hodge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Louisiana is accepting applications for two full-time Term Law Clerks. A Law Clerk to a United States Bankruptcy Judge will perform substantive reviews, legal research, and writing on matters pending before the Court. The positions start date will be available in August 2025.
