Responsibilities
- Manage a pre-suit personal injury caseload from intake through settlement
- Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers
- Evaluate liability, damages, and case value
- Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on case strategy
- Assist in developing systems and processes as the firm grows
- Contribute to firm growth through initiative, professionalism, and client service
Qualifications
- Licensed attorney in good standing (Florida Bar)
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn personal injury litigation
- Self-starter mentality with an interest in business development and growth
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills in English and Spanish
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Prior personal injury experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
