Position Scope
In this role, you will:
• Support professional discussions centred on leadership development and career progression
• Apply HR and workforce strategy experience within structured professional interactions
• Build relationships with qualified professionals through digital platforms including LinkedIn and Zoom
• Contribute to communication initiatives aligned with leadership and development-focused projects
• Maintain professional standards while working within established systems, operational frameworks, and compliance requirements
This role offers independence within a structured and well-supported professional model.
Professional Background
Applicants should demonstrate:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, Talent Development, or Organisational Leadership
• Experience supporting employee engagement, coaching, leadership development, or workforce strategy initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication capability
• Confidence working within digital collaboration platforms and remote professional environments
• High levels of accountability, professionalism, and self-direction
