Busy Palm Beach County law firm seeking a full-time collection foreclosure paralegal with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Computer proficiency including Word and Outlook and the ability to manage multiple tasks is a must. Experience with excel spreadsheets is a must. Duties will include, setting up new matter files, entering financial information into database, preparing letters, pleadings and other documentation, posting incoming payments, preparing disbursement reports, e-service and e-filing of pleadings and documents with the Court, accessing and obtaining information from Clerks website, scanning and uploading documents to database, including incoming e-served and e-filed documents and daily mail, ability to perform public records searches and ATID legal searches, good communicating skills with owners and clients; and any other duties as may be required by department or office.
Candidate must demonstrate maturity, a highly professional demeanor and work ethic, attention to detail, great organizational skills, strong communication skills with attorneys and clients, a strong team player attitude at all times and be able to get along and follow office procedures.
