Qualifications:
- 6+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or sophisticated legal environment
- Hands-on experience with venture financings, SAFEs, priced rounds, cap tables, and corporate governance
- Ability to manage transactions independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with experience handling multiple matters simultaneously
